Mortgages in the Netherlands
In the US banks are in problems due to rising costs of mortgages given to low incomes. This seems to be a typical US problem, but because of dependencies in the financial world, with spinoffs to dutch banks.

ue to European legislation it is now possible for Uk residents to have European mortgages for Netherlands and rest of Europe - this is a good thing, more competition in the mortgage industry means better deals fro consumers!
